Multi-Skilled Maintenance Technician

We are hiring a versatile technician to perform maintenance on our facilities and provide logistical support for our aviation operations.
Join Rotor Team, an AIRBUS & BELL-certified service center and a recognized leader in helicopter maintenance.
Your responsibilities:
- Ensure that the buildings are clean and well-maintained (handyman work, painting, welding, minor repairs).
- Assurer l'entretien courant des 4 véhicules de l'entreprise (contrôles, petites réparations, organisation des rendez-vous garage).
- Provide daily logistical support (tidying up, organizing, handling).
- Actively contribute to the safety and cleanliness of the facilities.
- Transport equipment by road as needed.
- Wash and handle helicopters (after training).
- Manage and monitor waste recycling.
Qualifications:
- An experienced handyman with essential knowledge of mechanics and electricity.
- A Class B driver's license is required; must be comfortable driving commercial vehicles.
- A CACES certification would be a plus.
- Organized, self-reliant, responsive, and adaptable.
- You enjoy versatility and are able to handle multiple tasks at once.

Secondary Base Maintenance Manager (REBS)

As part of its expansion, Rotor Team, a company specializing in helicopter maintenance and management, is seeking a Secondary Base Maintenance Manager (REBS) for its Cannes base.
Your responsibilities:
- Plan the workload and coordinate workshop activities in accordance with the organization’s procedures as described in the MOE
- Adjust resources based on the level of activity
- Meet the qualitative and quantitative production targets
- Serve as the liaison between the Technical Department, Logistics, Compliance/Safety, Engineering, Procurement, and Sales
- Define the necessary personnel suited to the secondary base's operations;
- Ensure that new hires are properly integrated
- Vérifier et entretenir les compétences en coordination avec le Responsable Entretien et le service Conformité/Sécurité
- Conduct employee evaluations
Required profile:
- Vocational Baccalaureate + LMA Certificate of Specialization
- PART66 : Théorique et pratique avec une ou plusieurs qualifications
- 10 years of experience as a technician on maintenance projects at base and along the line
- Proven experience in team management
